You can determine your size using a simple method with a tape measure.

Here's how to do it:

For shirts, wrap the measuring tape around your chest, just below your armpits. Make sure the measuring tape is snug, but not too tight. Note the measurement in centimeters.

Once you have these measurement, you can refer to the table below to find the t-shirt size that matches your measurements.
